These Terms and Conditions govern the hiring, sale, delivery, and use of all equipment supplied by 365 Event Decor Supplies (“the Company”). By placing an order, making a booking, or using our services, the customer (“the Client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice until payment is received.

Prices exclude delivery, setup, collection, and cleaning unless specifically stated.

A deposit may be required to secure a booking.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be made before delivery or collection, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Late payments may result in cancellation of the order without refund.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Cancellations

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may qualify for a partial refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged in full.

No refunds will be issued for unused items once delivered.
Delivery and Collection
The Client must ensure clear and safe access for delivery and collection.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Failed deliveries due to site inaccessibility will still be charged in full.
Damage, Loss, and Liability

The Client will be held liable for loss, theft, or damage (excluding fair wear and tear).

Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Client.

The Company accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from misuse of equipment.
Mobile Toilets & Hygiene Equipment

The Client must provide suitable placement and access for servicing.

Damage due to vandalism, misuse, or blockage will be charged to the Client.

Cleaning beyond normal servicing may incur additional costs.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
Ownership
All equipment remains the sole property of 365 Event Decor Supplies at all times.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa / Northern Cape.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
