Shipping Coverage:
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa. Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer and could incur additional charges.
For international orders, please contact us directly prior to purchase to confirm availability, costs, and delivery timelines.
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Custom-made, bulk, or specialized mortuary equipment may require additional lead time, which will be communicated to you before order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

Type of equipment (standard vs oversized items)
Shipping costs will be quoted at checkout or provided via invoice before final payment. Large items such as stretchers, trolleys, and mortuary equipment may require special freight arrangements.
Delivery Method:
We partner with reputable courier and freight service providers to ensure safe and secure delivery of all equipment.
For large or heavy items, delivery will typically be kerbside delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Offloading assistance may be required at the delivery location.
Inspection Upon Delivery:
Customers are required to inspect all goods upon delivery.

Any visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect your ability to lodge a claim
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order is damaged or lost in transit:

Notify us immediately with photographs and order details.

We will liaise with the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Delivery Details:
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
Collection Option:
Customers may arrange collection from our premises by prior appointment. Collection details will be provided once the order is confirmed and ready.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to supplying quality catering and event equipment in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA). (South Africa – CPA Compliant)
Right to Quality Goods
All products sold must be of good quality, reasonably durable, and suitable for their intended purpose.
Change of Mind (CPA Section 20)
Returns for change of mind are not accepted, except where required by the CPA (e.g. certain online transactions). Where applicable:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

Delivery and handling costs are non-refundable
Defective or Faulty Goods (CPA Section 56)
If a product is found to be defective within 6 months of delivery (and not due to misuse), the customer is entitled to choose one of the following:

Refund
This choice will be honoured once the item has been inspected and verified.
Damage on Delivery
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic or video evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
Incorrect Items Supplied
If an incorrect item is delivered, please notify us within 48 hours. The item must be unused and in original packaging. We will arrange replacement or correction at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

Used or installed items

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling

Items modified or altered after delivery

Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Custom-made or special-order items
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch or production begins. Once dispatched, manufactured, or prepared, cancellations will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
